We’ve developed an innovative solution using creative Mechanical Design & 2D Optical Micrometer application for batch verification of a medical device product.

Here’s some of its key features:

• A rotating dial plate contains 30 precision tapered spigots on which the product sits.
• System contains calibrated Golden parts for system self-verification prior to product verification.
• Parts are lifted & levelled on each spigot prior to measurement to eliminate placement errors.
• Verification is complete by measurement of the outer diameter of the product & the height at which it sits on the tapered spigot.
• System caters for but is not limited to, 28 different product types.
