High-Speed Molding Transfer Systems

For 20 years we’ve coupled high-speed molding transfer systems with large and complex automation lines where cycle times and reliability are critical. Our molding systems feature high-speed take-out arm with transfer to rotary vacuum nests, X&Y pitch changing to match the target line, and a final six-axis robot transfer. With specific applications including multicavity robot transfer molding cells operating 24/7 in an ISO Class 8 clean room environment. Proven to have 99.9% reliability on 2-second cycle times, with the mold open and closed within just half a second.

Our experienced engineers have planned and executed complex automated molding systems integrating Netstal, Fanuc and Sumitomo single and twin barrel injection molding machines (IMM’s).
